Don’t you just love the taste of fresh apricots? Somehow, when you use them in a dish (or smoothie in this case), their taste gets so much more intense than when you eat them as a single fruit. Rich in antioxidants, vitamins, fibre and minerals, apricots turn your smoothie into a potent health drink. Today, we went for an orange touch in our morning smoothie. Combining ingredients by colour works out very fine, we found!
Ingredients
- 6 apricots fresh
- 2 carrots
- 1 pear
- 1 banana
- 3 leaves romaine
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 handful pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 tsp raw honey
- 250 ml coconut milk unsweetened
- 250 ml rice milk unsweetened
